Thee Toledo Reign spent their first two weekends of the WFA season at Gallagher Stadium. For the first time in 2012 the Reign will hit the road as they face a familiar foe in the West Michigan Mayhem.
The Reign (1-1) had a wakeup call last week, falling to the Detroit Dark Angels 35-0. The Reign was unable to capitalize on Dark Angel penalties and couldn’t match the dominance displayed in their season opening victory over the Cincinnati Sizzle. The Reign will look to recapture their explosiveness as they take on the West Michigan Mayhem.
After two weeks, the Mayhem (2-0) has opened the 2012 season in a very familiar position on top of their division. A perennial playoff contender, the Mayhem opened their new home field in Kalamazoo with a 52-8 victory over the Cincinnati Sizzle last weekend.
